Terms of Subscription

Plans are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Your plan will be automatically renewed every 30 days (unless it is cancelled).

You may cancel your plan any time before your next billing date even during free trial period. All cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle.

If payment is not successfully settled, because your payment method has expired, because you have insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your payment method or cancel your Loops Subscription, we may suspend your access to your Loops Subscription until we have obtained a valid payment method. When you update your payment method, you authorize us to charge the updated payment method for your Loops Subscription, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment dates or subscription period.

For some payment methods, the relevant issuer may charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Local taxes and charges may vary depending on the payment method used. Check with your payment provider for details.

RINGS.TV Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this subscription plan at any time without giving any prior notice to the subscribers.

RINGS.TV Pte Ltd also reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants to participate this subscription plan (be it under these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in conduct that the organized considers inappropriate or unacceptable)
