When you broadcast a video, your broadcast is public by default. This includes the metadata provided with your broadcast, such as when you broadcast and your video title. When you watch others' broadcasts, information regarding when you watched the video (for example, either live or on replay) and any comments you make on the video is also public. The replay video and associated information will remain public until you delete it. We provide the delete feature for you to delete any video that you decided not to share with public.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect LOOPS users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.
